Create a Wedding Party Order

Made the decision on what the bridal party will wear?  Congrats!  Let the ladies know by creating a Wedding Party Order.  You can think of the Wedding Party Order as a bridal profile’s cool cousin.  Want to tell the bridesmaids what dress(es) to order?  This will do it for you.  Want to let them choose different options?  We’ve got it covered.  You can even keep track of which ladies have ordered.   All dress orders which are part of a wedding party must be part of a Wedding Party Order.  It will help us help you.

To create a Wedding Party Order, tell us about the bride and the wedding event, insert contact information for each member of the bridal party, and include all the items the bridal party should / could purchase.  If you would like the ladies to choose from a menu of options, include them all on the Wedding Party Order.  We’ll set up a file for your wedding party, and we’ll send an email link to each bridal party member so they know what the options are. We’ll also create a wedding code just for your party. 

Bridal party members get the wedding code, and a link to a shopping cart which will include the items selected.  They just pick their size, remove the items they don’t need, and check out. 

The leader of the bridal party (the one who creates the list), will be able to track the progress of the bridal party’s orders through the “My Account” page. To start a shopping list for your wedding party, click here.

Order Online

If you are a bridesmaid receiving a link from the bridal party leader, you should be all set. Just review the items in your shopping bag, make sure you have what you need (and delete any extras) and check out!

We recommend orders to be placed 16 weeks ahead of the event date to allow sufficient time for alternations if needed.

If you are ordering online as part of a bridal party and don't have an event code, start a Wedding Party Order to generate an event code (you just need to input some information for each bridesmaid) and then follow steps 2 and 3.
